It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure they maintain backups of any content they generate or host within the platform. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee storage or long-term retention of user-generated content and accept no liability for data loss.
In the event that CodeKings ceases operation or the project is permanently shut down, we will make reasonable efforts to retain user content for a period of three (3) calendar months from the shutdown date. During this time, users will be able to access and export their content. After this retention period, all stored content may be permanently deleted.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you retain full responsibility for your own work, including compliance with any third-party copyright or data protection obligations relevant to your institution or jurisdiction.
