Smart Tip Calculator

The Brief

A pub in Brum has gone digital. The bar staff are tired of fumbling with a calculator app every time a table of nine wants to split the bill, so the manager has asked you to build the tip-and-split tool that runs on their till.

Write three functions: one that calculates the tip on a bill, one that splits a bill (including tip) evenly across diners, and one that returns a formatted receipt as a string. Sterling, two decimal places, no surprises.
