Password Strength Validator

The Brief

SecureVault is rolling out a new account creation flow. Product has signed off on a strength meter that scores passwords 0–100 based on length and character variety, and maps the score to a colour-coded label. Implement the scoring function to match their spec.

Acceptance Criteria

Tap a criterion to mark it off as you work. Tap a category header to expand or collapse.

2 Award points for: length ≥ 8 (25 pts), lowercase (15), uppercase (20), digit (15), symbol (25)

3 Return a tuple (score, label) where label is Weak (<40), Medium (40–74), or Strong (≥75)

4 Test with at least four passwords of varying strengths and print the score and label for each

1 Function score_password(pw) returns an integer 0–100
